Matsutake is a delicious food material bestowed to people in Shangri-La by nature,
and it is the “nobility” in wild edible mushrooms. It has not only rich fragrance
but also mouth-watering and creamy texture leading people to endless aftertastes.
Furthermore, matsutake has the unique anticancer substance--matsutake alcohol, making
it the most precious natural medicinal fungus in the world.
Matsutake flourishes best in every August and September, at this time it is most
delicious and with highest nutritional value. Once missed the time, no matsutake
would be found and you had to wait a whole year to taste this ultimate delicacy.
