Ticket Information for Groups
*For groups with no less than 15 people;
*For inbound tourists (including tourists from Hong Kong and Macao) group with 10-14 people but vehicle permit is not available (please refer to the following vehicle information);
*The groups with group ticket should make reservation for the visiting in advance from the Shanghai Expo Bureau and the following information should be provided: number of people, date of visit, time period to enter the site (e.g. 09:00-10:00. if you reach the entrance after 10:00, you must enter the site during the next time period after all the groups enter the site), Name of the entrance, vehicle information and reservation information for the pavilions (once making reservation for visiting pavilions, the number of the group members could not be changed);
*Shanghai Expo Bureau will submit information on the basis of the reservation on that day and arrange the time period for the entry from different entrances according to the group flow;
*If the reservation for entering the site has made, the group can not be wholly cancelled but the number of people can change by little at least five days before your visiting.
*The group visitors must enter the expo site together with the reservation vouchers and every one will get a formal admission ticket during the entering. The ticket is not available in advance;
*The visitors can only enter the expo site once a day. And you must buy another ticket if you need to enter the site for the second time on that day;
*Price for Group Ticket: CNY145

Vehicle information for groups
*The groups can apply for a vehicle permit, each for one group;
*With the vehicle permit, the vehicle can park in the specified by parking lots for groups;
*The parking lots for groups are: Puxi Luban Road Entrance (P1, P2 parking lots), Puxi Bansongyuan Road Entrance (P3, P4 parking lots), Pudong Bailianjing Entrance (P9 parking lot), Pudong Gaoke West Road Entrance (P11, P12 parking lots), Changqing Road Entrance (P16, P17 parking lots) and Pudong Houtan Entrance (P20, P21 parking lots). There is no parking lot for group visitors in Puxi Xizang South Road Entrance and Pudong Shangnan Road Entrance;
*If the vehicle permit is not available, you can get off outside the Transportation Control Area and reach the entrance on foot (500-1000 meters);
*If the group does not take vehicle, walk to the specific entrance.

Ticket information for individuals：
*For group visitors with less than 15 people;
* For inbound tourists (including tourists from Hong Kong and Macao) group with less than 10 people;
*The individual ticket users do not need to make reservation in advance about the visiting time and entrance. You can enter the expo site during the effective period of the ticket from any entrance of the expo site;
*The individual visitors can get the ticket in advance;
* The visitors can only enter the expo site once a day. And you must buy another ticket if
you need to enter the site for the second time on that day;
*Price for individual ticket: CNY 160 and 10 yuan as additional service charge if you do not need other services.

Vehicle Information for individuals:
*Vehicle permit is not available to the individual ticket users so the vehicles of the individual visitors can park outside the Transportation Control Area;
*The individual tourists can get off outside the Transportation Control Area and reach the entrance on foot (500-1000 meters);
*If you go to the expo site by yourself, you can take expo subways, expo buses or expo ferry to enter the Transportation Control Area and then enter the expo by any entrance.

Expo Express Information：
*The visitors who need to take the expo express should make reservation from our company in advance and inform us with the following information: number of people, date, pick-up and drop-off areas and time to get on and off the bus;
*The machine will automatically confirm whether the reservation can be made successfully by chronological ordering;
*If the reservation could not be made successfully, you can choose to take the Expo Express by other date/ at other sites / at other time.
*Strickle password is used. If the reservation has been made, you can only change the information for one time but could not cancel the reservation;
*Stops of the Expo Express: Shanghai Yinhe Hotel/ Shanghai Building/ Shanghai Huating Hotel/ Shanghai International Hotel/ Shanghai Jinjiang Hotel/ Shanghai New Jinjiang Grand Hotel/ Shanghai Zhengda Lisheng Hotel/ Shanghai Dongfang Binjiang Grand Hotel/ Shanghai Hongkou Shiji Grand Hotel/ Shanghai Changcheng JIari Hotel/ Shanghai Helton Grand Hotel. The Shanghai Changcheng JIari Hotel stop is the hottest one so please make the reservation as early as possible;
*There are three round-trip expo expresses every day: 07: 45/ 09: 30/ 12: 00 from the hotels to Expo Site and 18: 00/ 20: 30/ 22:30 from the Expo Site to hotels.
*Price for the Express: CNY 160 and 10 yuan as additional service charge if you do not need other services.

Information About the Pavilions Reservation：
*The group visitors can make reservation in advance for visiting one of the six pavilions (China Pavilion, Pavilion of City Being, Earth Pavilion, Life Pavilion, Pavilion of Footprint and Pavilion of Future). The machine will automatically confirm whether the reservation can be made successfully by chronological ordering; if the reservation could not be made successfully, you can choose to make reservation for visiting other pavilions or at other time. For other pavilions, visitors can make reservation for visiting according to the requirement of different pavilions;
* After entering the expo site, whether the group visitors and express passengers can make reservation for visiting the above six pavilions is uncertain now. It is still underdetermined.
*The individual ticket visitors can make reservation for visiting the six pavilions (China Pavilion, Pavilion of City Being, Earth Pavilion, Life Pavilion, Pavilion of Footprint and Pavilion of Future) by machine or by hand; for other pavilions, the visitors can make the reservation according to the requirements of different pavilions;
*The expo express company can make reservation for the passengers as well.
