Yimin River flows from the Greater Khingan Mountains. It runs for 390 kilometers from the south to the north through the Ewinki Autonomous Banner and Hailar city. The river is the source of life for many forests upstream and keeps much of the downstream pastoral land fertile and suitable for cultivation. The 80 meter wide flow also makes the region much more beautiful, especially in the summer months. On the bank there is a tourist destination for getting a close touch with the local life.
