Thank you very much for your detailed answer.
Of course, the weather is out of your control and you could do nothing to change it!
About the guide, no problem, it was our choice to have an English person and we could communicate enough to understand the different explications. It’s for next time that I think it would be better to have a French person, especially for the children, but it was not really a big problem. Don’t worry!
In any case, we don’t want that Tina will be punished, she was so nice and helpful. It’s her job to show and advice us all products of your country (tea, cultured pearls, rice alcohol, paintings, night tour…) It’s normal because it’s your culture. In our case, we had already travel in many countries of Asia, perhaps it’s the reason why we were not very interested in purchases. No problem for us, we only bought what we wanted. And thank her again for finding the bag that Alain lost and for coming back at the second hotel to take it !
About the first hotel, it was absolutely perfect. The own little remark that we can do that the welcome was not as good as the second one. For example, the second morning when we came to have breakfast, the chef server was not very pleasant with us and wanted us to pay the breakfast for 2 persons, saying that we have only paid for 2 persons instead 4. So, my husband had to go to the reception who confirmed that all was right. He accepted finally the mistake without excuses. The waitress too was not very friendly and hesitated to lend us an umbrella.
Already this afternoon, I talked about China to a friend who would like to go to Hong-Kong next year. I warmly recommended her to visit China and to have a look at your website.
Your very fast answers, your kindness, and your large availability like as Tina’s and the driver’s, were very precious for us.
All was all right for us, let it know so to Tina with our best regards!
We wish you and your company a very good and successful continuation!
